When we first obtain Personal Data from you, or when you take a new service or product from us, we will give you the opportunity to tell us if you do or do not want to receive information from us about other services or products (as applicable). 1 What personal data we collect about you.
1.1 Name and Contact Information, includes name, title, invoice/billing address, email address and telephone numbers.
1.2 Payment Information includes your bank account and/or payment card details.
1.3 Purchase History, includes details about products and services you have purchased from us.

1.5 Marketing preferences includes marketing and communication preferences.

1.7 Some of the Personal Data we hold about you may fall within the ‘special category’ data, as defined by the Data Protection Act 2018, for example, information about your religious organisation. This is intended to give you a more personalised service for correspondence and support, so would include title (Reverend David Brown, Father John Davies, Bishop Susan Smith, Imam Ismail etc.). It may include the type of organisation (Church, Mosque, Abbey etc) and the address of your religious building, (St Pauls Church, Central Synagogue, Wolverhampton Mosque etc.)

3 How we use your personal data 3.1 We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

3.1.3 To contact you about improved services and products we have provided in the past (your contact details).

8 How we protect your personal data
