MyGiving.Online is a complete online donations management system, designed to re-imagine the way you handle donations and giving for your organisation by providing new opportunities and saving you time.

Designed with our successful desktop application, Donations Co-ordinator, as it’s foundations it includes all the same features and facilities but also adds a variety of new ones. These features include:

Unlimited donors, donations, and purposes

We want MyGiving.Online to be a valuable facility for your orginasation to help you grow your supporters and maximise your giving, so we won’t charge you based on the number of records stored.

Receive donations in a variety of ways 

As well as being able to record Gift Aided, Non-Gift Aided, and GASDS donations individually, in batches, based on envelope numbers or as standing orders. We’ve made easier than ever to process and handle credit/debit card donations and contactless giving. You can also receive donations via your website, Direct Debit, or QR codes and import donations from PayPal and JustGiving.

Website integration

MyGiving.Online has the unique ability to communicate directly with your website. Enabling regular supporters and one-off visitors to make online donations; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – the details of which will automatically appear in your list of donors and donations, even if they’ve never donated in the past. Minimal Manual Input

You can import donations directly from your Bank Statements, , your Parish Giving Scheme statement, Excel Spreadsheets or JustGiving and PayPal to reduce the amount of donations you need to input manually.

Reduce Errors

The automatic postcode lookup facility means you no longer have to decipher illegible handwriting, simply type in the postcode, select the house number and the rest of the address is filled in for you.

Cross Platform Compatibility

Because MyGiving is a cloud-based application you can access it from almost any device with an internet connection, including PC’s, Apple Mac’s and Tablets.

Unlimited User Accounts

Unlike our desktop applications the number of users you can have linked to an organisation is unlimited. Plus, each individual user can be assigned their own unique access rights, enabling you to determine what they can and can’t do. You can even create user profiles for your donors, to enable them to make donations online, update their contact details and produce tax reports using either their browser or the MyGiving.Online mobile app (available on both iOS and Android).

HMRC Accredited Claims Procedure

Submit your claim with confidence directly to the HMRC with our accredited claims procedure. Just one click of the mouse will automatically check the donations for eligibility and identify any address issues before filing the claim online.

In-depth Reporting

Produce Audit reports as required by the HMRC, as well as a variety of analysis reports to share with your PCC.

Keep in touch with your donors – Encourage, continued giving by formatting and producing thank you letters and personal tax statements for your donors, which can either be printed and posted to the recipients or emailed directly.

Gift Aid Declarations

Maximise your gift aid claim by producing personalised Gift Aid declarations for one-off and/or multiple donations.

Data Protection

Easily delete donor and donation details when they are no longer required in accordance with GDPR.


Even though MyGiving.Online can receive and import credit/debit card and direct debits donations and can communicate with your JustGiving and PayPal accounts, we DO NOT, store retain or have access to any of those card, bank, or account details – we simply receive the details of those donations for reporting and claiming purposes. However, this doesn’t mean we care any less for your data, we treat our database as if it did contain such sensitive information, so our servers are regular checked to ensure they maintain PCI DSS compliance.

Transfer to MyFundAccounting.Online 

Easily transfer donations to our online accounts package, MyFundAccounting, and remove the need to duplicate input.

Upgrading from Donations Co-ordinator

If you’re a current user of our desktop donations software, Donations Co-ordinator, you can easily upgrade to the online version and transfer all the data across without having to re-enter anything. Once you’ve set-up your MyGiving account simply make a backup of your Donations Co-ordinator data (using the option under the ‘File’ menu, and then use the import facility to transfer it.

Monthly Costs

MyGiving.Online costs £15 per month including VAT.

This includes:

  • Use of the software
  • As many users as you wish
  • As many donors as you wish
  • All version upgrades
  • Technical support by telephone, email, and support ticket.

If you are a group of churches or charities (such as a Parish or a Central Office) then the first license would cost £15 per month and each additional license would cost £4 per month including VAT.

Additional Charges

Merchant fees incur when accepting credit/debit card and Direct Debit donations. These are applied directly from therelevant processing companies and are based on a per donation basis.

American Express 2.4% + 20p
