Interested to see what MyGiving has to offer? Want to see the Contactless terminal in action? Want to meet with local, like-minded people who are all facing the same day-to-day challenges as you?

Then we’d like to invite you to one of our upcoming Open Days taking places across Edinburgh, London, Bath and many more!

Running from 10am to 3pm (unless stated otherwise) the day includes presentations on all of our software packages, with specific focus on our NEW MyGiving.Online application.

There will also be computers setup around the room allowing you to get hands on with the software of your choosing and staff will be on hand to answer any questions you may have (there will also be an abundance of Tea and Biscuits!)

Due to the current pandemic we have moved our Open Days and other events to virtual webinar presentations to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Below you’ll find the details of all of our upcoming events:

Treasurer and Gift Aid conferences

Treasurer conference

16 November @ 10am to 2pm

The conference is aimed at treasurers who want to ease the work they do by letting the software do the heavy lifting. It will include information on services such as Bookkeeping, Independent Examination and free training to help support treasurers in their day to day challenges.

The conference will include an overview of our MyFundAccounting software and the integrations and developments that will save you time and work, especially on producing your finance reports and end of year accounts.

We are also hoping to be joined by a speaker from the Charity Commission who will share information about Trustee responsibilities and other helpful topics. We will also share details of on our future development plans as well as hints and tips to ensure that you can make the most of our software.

During the conference we will invite you to share a virtual coffee with us, with a free complimentary goody bag featuring a travel mug, tea, coffee and biscuits and much more for you to enjoy on the day. However, quantities will be limited so be sure to book your place early to claim yours.

Gift Aid Conference

09 November @ 10am to 2pm

This conference is aimed at Gift Aid secretaries who want to offer donors a range of options to support their Church or Charity. Increasing income to your organisation without doubling your workload by taking advantage of the automated integration options within our software.

The event will include an overview of our MyGiving software - including the integrations and developments that give you a range of options for accepting donations and submitting claims directly to the HMRC, with no spreadsheets or intermediaries, thus reducing your costs.

The HMRC will also be speaking at the conference with reference to common declaration mistakes and queries with GASDS, to help you maximise the money you can receive and ensure there are no delays in processing your claims due to errors.

A variety of speakers will be talking about new donation methods such as Online streaming of services or events, fundraising platforms, contactless donations, open banking and more.

We will also share information on our future development plans for the software as well as hints and tips to ensure that you are getting the most out of the application.

Built on the foundations of Membership Co-ordinator, this is the perfect opportunity to see what this new application has to offer including all the features you're familiar with such as simple people and household management, tasks, skills, visits, meeting and event attendance. Plus additional features, such as integration with Microsoft 365 for easier calendar management, email communication and postal mailings, as well as the facility to communicate with MyGiving.Online removing the need for duplicate data entry.
