This includes adding information about your foodbank, links to social media you use and a Stripe donate button for visitors to donate to your foodbank. In MyGiving.Online, you may encounter a single donor you’ve entered who’s had duplicated donor records created by accident. The duplicated records may also have separate donations input against them, causing issues when it comes time to claim Gift Aid. One solution to this problem is to manually delete the donations from one record and re-enter them against the other. But this can be time consuming, especially if there are a large number of donations to re-enter.
