In MyFoodBank.Online, you can set up a homepage for your foodbank. This includes adding information about your foodbank, links to social media you use and a Stripe donate button for visitors to donate to your foodbank. How it Works
Before beginning, go to the MyFoodBank.Online website and log in via the homepage. Then select the Manage Website menu and Home Page option to access your Foodbank homepage.
On the Manage Home Page screen, you’ll have the option to customise your homepage. This includes uploading a logo, banner and page images and entering text for both your banner and page content. To upload images, go to each of the relevant sections and select the Choose File buttons. The red writing in brackets underneath will tell you what size image and how many images are acceptable. For the page content section, you can use the formatting tools above the text box to format the text you input. Once you’re happy with the customisations made, select the Save button at the bottom of the page.

In addition to customisations, users also have the option to change certain settings for their foodbank homepage. This includes links to social media, connecting a stripe account to your foodbank, and entering other details pertaining to your foodbank. To access this feature, go to Manage Website and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
On the Settings Manager screen, you can enter your charity number and links to social media in the provided text boxes. Underneath the social media links section, tick the Do you have a stripe account? box to access the Manage Stripe Account section. Here, you can enter your Secret Key, Published Key and Webhook Key information, as well as set a transaction fee. You can either set an amount for percentage charged or fixed amount charged per donation, depending on which is applicable. You can also use the settings manager to enter the opening and closing times for your foodbank. If there are any days of the week when the foodbank isn’t open, you can tick the Closed box next to each individual day. Once you’ve entered all the relevant information, select the Save button at the bottom of the page. You can then use the Preview button next to Site URL to view the changes you’ve made on your website.
